How pricing works

The figures are not published on this page yet. The structure below is the real one and does not change; ask us for the rate schedule for your organisation type and site count and we will send it.

A flat annual fee, by site and by audience pack. A site is a campus, a plant, a station, or a building. An audience pack is the content one group reads — school staff read something different from a high-school student.

  • Not per-seat licences, because a seat count is a roster, and a roster is exactly what this product does not have.
  • And it is not usage-based. Charging by usage would give us a financial interest in how many people are struggling, and that is precisely the interest the whole product was built not to have.

The guarantees are not a tier

There is no version of HABLA with weaker privacy at a lower price. The minimum cell size is the same everywhere, the crisis path records nothing everywhere, both languages are included, and so is the launch kit. There is nothing to unlock by paying more, and nothing to lose by paying less.

Four ways to start, and what each one honestly gets you

The limits of each offer are in the same block as the offer. Separating them is how an offer becomes a complaint.

Founding cohort

The first organisations to sign get a reduced annual rate, locked for the length of the initial term, and are named on this site as founding cohort members.

Who qualifies
Any organisation signing before the cohort fills. Public sector and private employers alike. First signed counts, not first to enquire.
The honest limits
You are buying early software. Most of the guarantees are built; most of the interfaces are not, and each is marked on the features page. Being early means your questions shape what gets built next — and it also means you will find things first. At renewal the rate moves to the published one for your organisation type, and we tell you that number ninety days ahead. Being named happens only with your written permission, and you can withdraw it whenever you want.

One site, one term, free

Pick one campus, plant, or facility. Full product, full dashboard, both languages, for one term or quarter at no cost. No card and no auto-renewal: it ends on a date you know when you start.

Who qualifies
One site per organisation. The organisation has to be the one deciding — a pilot the site was told to run is a mandate, and we do not do those.
The honest limits
And this limit is the important one: a single site may produce a dashboard that is mostly withheld. The minimum group is 10 and it does not come down for a pilot, for anyone, including us. A campus with six counsellors and eight custodians will read “withheld” where you were hoping to read a number. That is the product working. If you want figures at the end of a quarter, pilot the largest site you have, and expect the language cut to be the one that tells you most.

Not open yet. The delivery path — a named human receiving the request, the written acknowledgement, and the escalation timer — is planned and not built, and a pilot without it is exactly the failure that ends a pilot: somebody asked for help and nobody came. It opens when that path is built.

Launch kit, free, per site

Bilingual posters, badge cards, QR signage, and a placement guide, at no charge for every site you run — plus supervisor talking points, an announcement template, and an FAQ. The print-ready files are yours too, so you can reprint locally whenever you want.

Who qualifies
Every agreement and every pilot, from day one. Not a promotion and not time-limited: this is the distribution channel, and charging you for it would be charging you to let us work.
The honest limits
A set quantity of printed pieces per site; reprints at cost or from the files. Installation is yours — we tell you where the posters go and why, and somebody on your side has to walk the building. And one thing the kit deliberately does not do: it will not tell you which poster is working. Every code carries organisation, site and audience, and nothing finer. “Which poster?” is a reasonable question, and a per-poster identifier narrows a tap to one corridor — and one corridor, at a campus with six counsellors, is a person.

A published rate for public bodies and non-profits

School districts and charters, cities, counties, special districts, public hospital districts, federally recognised tribes, and registered non-profits pay a lower rate than private employers. It is the same for everyone who qualifies and it is not negotiated, so a small rural district pays what a large one pays. Ask us for the current rate schedule.

Who qualifies
Any of the above. We ask for the organisation type on the form and nothing else.
The honest limits
It is a rate, not a grant — there is no free tier behind it. It is published, which means a district with four campuses pays the published four-site rate whether or not anyone on their side knows how to negotiate. That is the point: a small rural district with no procurement office should pay the same price as a large one, and the only way to guarantee that is to print it. It does not include custom content authoring.

None of these offers varies with how many people use HABLA, nor with how many ask for help, nor with any outcome we could measure about a person — and there is nothing to measure, because we do not know who anyone is. And none of them comes with a list of who completed anything.

Two things you will ask for that are not for sale

  • Nobody is paid per referral. Not per contact, not per booking, not per conversion, not per patient, anywhere in this system — and no field exists in which it could be recorded. Provider listings are a flat annual fee at fair market value that does not vary with volume or outcome. A fee that varies with volume is volume-based compensation with extra steps, whatever the invoice calls it.
  • And a list of who finished. Somebody will ask you for it, and you will ask us. It does not exist and we will not build it at any price. Mandating completion converts help-seeking into compliance, which destroys the meaning of the signal — and enforcing it requires a list, which destroys the promise.

What you can count with us instead: sites with verified poster placement, supervisors briefed, new hires oriented, badge cards distributed. Real numbers, honestly countable, and they cost nothing.
