Three decisions you are making blind today
Which language you hire in. You take it for granted that the night-shift operator reads in English because he speaks English at work. The language split is a figure that does not come out of the counselor’s log or the vendor’s report, because those only count the people who already arrived.
Where you put the hours you are already paying for. Site against site, at the level of detail the privacy floor can protect. The break room at one plant is not the break room at the other, and you already suspect which one.
Whether what you spent last year moved anything. From one whole reporting period to the next, reading first how many cuts were withheld in each. It is the least bad way to answer that question, and the only one that also tells you no.

An honest aggregate picture, with what you cannot see made as visible as what you can.
The layer that answers these questions is built and adversarially tested. The screen that shows them to you is not: it is specified and dated, and it is marked that way on the features page. The only thing you can watch working today is the demonstration, and you can try to break that yourself.

The promise
What you will not see, said before you sign
We do not write that panel by hand. The system generates it from the floor and the level of detail your organization has configured, so it changes when the configuration changes and not when it suits us. It is the first thing a skeptical employee looks for, and it is what makes participation possible.
- You cannot see who used this.
- You cannot see individual responses.
- You cannot see any group smaller than your minimum cell size.
- You cannot see crisis-related taps at all. None is collected.
- You cannot see free text — none is collected.
- You cannot request raw data, and we cannot produce it.
That path counts nothing
When someone taps a crisis topic, no record is kept: not anonymously, not aggregated, not counted. That is built and tested. The screen that puts the help in front of them, ahead of everything else, is in build.
Yes, that means you will never see how many times it was tapped. That is deliberate: a leader’s dashboard is worth less than one person’s belief that tapping that button was safe.
When a group falls below the floor it is not blurred and not redacted: nothing is reported. The dashed region does not enclose four taps that are marked — it encloses four taps that are not drawn.
Both languages
The Spanish is not a translation. It is the language it was written in.
If the Spanish reads like a machine wrote it, people notice in the first line and close the page. In this region that is fatal to the product.
- The data type of every string a person reads requires both languages. A monolingual string does not compile.
- No version publishes without the name of the clinician who reviewed it, their license number, and the board that issued it. The database enforces the record, not a team rule. We check the license itself with that board before anyone is given the role, and it is written down so your own counsel can check it too, years later.
- AI may assist with translation, but it never publishes on its own. A person reviews it and their name stays on it.
If half your posters are read in Spanish, bad Spanish is not a style problem. It is the reason nobody scanned.
Ask us what it cannot do
Tell us your organization type and how many sites. We send back the structure, the legal documents, and the list of what is not built yet, marked row by row. That last part is the one no vendor sends you.
The single-site pilot is not open yet: the path that delivers a request to a named human is planned and not built.
